Q: What QRB are recommended for the Terrova Quest #1358210?
A. We have several Quick Release Brackets compatible with our trolling motors. Please reference the article 'Selecting the Correct Quick Release Bracket for your Minn Kota Trolling Motor' using the web address below to narrow down compatible options for the Terrova QUEST. https://minnkota-help.johnsonoutdoors.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413521910295-Selecting-the-Correct-Quick-Release-Bracket-for-your-Minn-Kota-Trolling-Motor
Q: Is the transducer si and di capable
A.The Dual Spectrum CHIRP functions as a 2D traditional sonar and does not include any Mega Down or Side Imaging capabilities within the transducer. For a Terrova model that features both Mega Down and Mega Side Imaging, it is advisable to consider the Terrova QUEST model, item# 1358210, as it shares the same shaft size and can be installed as a 24v system.
Q: Can I run lithium batteries on a Terrova without any changes
A. Our motors can be run on Lithium-Ion Batteries with our QUEST Series of motors being engineered specifically to utilize the latest battery technology. For more information on lithium battery selection and usage please follow the web address below. https://minnkota-help.johnsonoutdoors.com/hc/en-us/articles/6477037780631-Lithium-Battery-Selection-and-Recommendations
Q: Is there a foot petal available for minn Kota trolling motor #1358350?

A. The Terrova QUEST is designed without a deploy rope; instead, it features a stow/deploy lever. By pressing the lever on the mount, the fall-away ramps will smoothly guide the Terrova QUEST into the water as you guide it into place. It is strongly recommended that our trolling motors are in the appropriate stowed position, as indicated in the Owner's Manuals when loading and unloading your vessel on the trailer.

Q: Is there a retractable mount you recommend for the terrova 80?
A. The MKA-51 Quick Release Bracket allows compatible motors such as the Terrova, to slide inboard 6" and lock in place.
Q: I have purchased the Terrova 80lbs 60” 24V for my pontoon. I currently have about 9’ of 8AWG wire pre-installed. According to the table “extending” with 10’ requires 6AWG. The motor has 6’ attached. Does that mean 8AWG is ok for 6+9=15’ for this motor?
A. The wire extension size table already takes into account the leadwire on the motor. Meaning the wire sizing is based on the length of any extra wire needed. So if 9 more feet of wire is needed to reach the batteries in your case, 6 gauge wire should be used.
Q: will the MEGA Down/Side Imaging version of the Terrova work with the new Explore 12
A. The Terrova QUEST with Built-in Mega Side/Mega Down Imaging will be compatible with Humminbird's XPLORE Series Graphs.
Q: Is MinnKota Terrova Pilot compatible with Humminbird Helix 7?

Q: Do all terrova trolling motors have the one boat system installed
A. Yes, all current Terrova models are One Boat Network capable.
Q: how to measure the shaft length on a terrova trolling motor
A. To measure the shaft of a trolling motor, you'll measure the physically exposed shaft between the lower unit and the control head. To determine which shaft length is needed for your vessel, measure the top of the Bow where the motor is to be installed, and down to the water line. If fishing on calm, inland, or smaller bodies of water, you'll add 12" to that measurement. If you are fishing larger bodies of water and will experience rougher waters, then we suggest adding 24" to this measurement as a minimum shaft length. If your shaft length is longer than the minimum requirements, our Terrova models have a depth collar adjustment that can raise and lower the motor.
