Attwood Cowl Ventilator

The Attwood Cowl Ventilator is a hull-mounted air vent designed to keep bilge and cabin spaces ventilated on boats, with flexible intake or exhaust configuration and ABYC H-2 cross-sectional compliance.

• Complete hull-mount unit: Installs directly to the hull and can be configured from either side for intake or exhaust use.
• ABYC H-2 compliant: Design meets cross-sectional area requirements for safe, effective ventilation.
• Durable construction: Chrome-plated die-cast Perma-Plate ZAMAK vent body paired with a non-corrosive plastic flange that resists discoloration and corrosion.
• 3" hose compatibility: Connects to 3" I.D. wire-supported ventilation hose (hose not included) through a helical flange that screws in place before the vent snaps on.
• Water intrusion barrier: Hose twists into the bottom of the vent box to create a raised barrier that helps reduce water intrusion.
• Easy installation: Fastens with #8 screws through a 3-1/4" to 3-1/2" hull cutout and can be fitted from inside or outside the vessel.
• Flexible configuration: Supports both intake and exhaust setups while satisfying ABYC H-2 cross-sectional area standards; no separate adapters required.
