Fabric & durability
The Carver 4 Bow top uses premium marine-grade acrylic fabric from Sunbrella® or Outdura®. Both brands are renowned for UV and mildew resistance, fading protection, water repellency, breathability, and long-term value. Fabric weights, 9.25 oz, are chosen to balance performance with ease of handling. We reserve the right to provide either fabric based on availability, ensuring you get top-notch protection every season.
The canvas is built to endure harsh marine environments, featuring anti-wick thread and professional stitching that minimize fray and leaks. 100% marine-grade acrylic binding adds a finished look while preserving longevity in sun and spray.
Construction & installation highlights
Engineered for strength, the Carver 4-Bow Top uses a double-walled main bow for added rigidity and resilience. Standard nylon fittings pair with optional stainless upgrades to create a system that can handle daily use and rough water. The design emphasizes easy installation and secure operation, with robust hardware and precise construction throughout.
