Guardian Anchor Selection Guide:
Boat size recommendations are for boats of average windage and proportions to 30 knots of wind, average bottom conditions, and moderate protection from open seas. Note that the loads in 42 knots of wind are twice as much as in 30 knots. Use a three-strand nylon line, 6-12 ft of chain, and a minimum if 5:1 scope. A minimum of 6 feet of chain should be used for every 25 feet of water your boat is usually anchored in.

Fortress Anchors offer a Lifetime Parts Replacement Warranty for the original purchaser against damage that may occur to any part(s) of the anchor. The warranty does not apply when:
Repairs have been made or attempted by others
Unauthorized modifications or alterations have been made
The anchor has been used to moor a vessel larger than the size recommended for a particular anchor by Fortress Marine Anchors
The anchor has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
The anchor has been used for military applications
