The Lumitec Pico S-8 Expansion Module extends the power and reach of the Poco Digital Lighting Control system, making it possible to control luminaires, lighting accessories, and devices from other manufacturers that don’t include advanced PLI technology.
The Pico S-8 lets you assign Poco virtual switch commands to physical mechanical switches, up to eight in total. This means you can leverage real-world switches to trigger virtual Poco actions, giving you tactile control without changing your preferred control layout.
With the Pico S-8, your MFD can remain on a dedicated screen, or even be turned off, while a physical switch activates the corresponding virtual switch command through the Poco module. It’s a flexible, seamless way to integrate legacy or non-PLI devices into your Poco ecosystem.
Compatibility and requirements
Requires Poco 3 for compatibility. The S8 module is not compatible with all earlier Poco versions.
