Minn Kota MKR-28 Plug & Receptacle is a high-current trolling motor power connector designed for rugged marine use. Engineered for continuous power up to 60 amps and up to 48V, this plug and receptacle deliver reliable performance whether you’re on freshwater or saltwater.
Built with silver-plated terminals for superior corrosion resistance, the MKR-28 provides a secure, sealed waterproof connection that stands up to harsh marine environments. The sealed design and secure threaded connection ensure dependable operation in all conditions, while adjustable mounting orientations offer flexible installation on a variety of boats.
This model is compatible with a wide range of wiring options: supports 1–10 AWG wires, with 8 AWG leads commonly used in marine installations. It’s also the recommended replacement for the MKR-18 (part 1865102) and MKR-26 (part 1865128), making it an easy upgrade for existing systems.
