The Ocean Signal rescueME PLB1 is a compact, life-saving beacon designed to give you global emergency coverage at the press of a button. Model 730S-01261 is 30% smaller by volume, so it slips easily into a lifejacket and is ready for one‑handed operation when seconds count.

Global, subscription-free safety — The PLB1 works with the official worldwide Cospas Sarsat rescue system. Because it’s government-funded, there are NO CHARGES to use this service. When activated, your position and ID are transmitted to a Rescue Coordination Center via satellite, and the nearest rescue services are promptly notified and kept updated on your location until you’re safe.

When activated, the rescueME PLB1 transmits your position and ID to a Rescue Coordination Center via satellite, ensuring rescue services closest to your location are alerted and updated regularly to assist a prompt rescue.

Please note that the PLB will not float in an operating position inside the pouch. Ensure the PLB is firmly attached to the pouch with the provided lanyard and use appropriate knots for secure closure.
