Description
Sudbury Elastomeric 3 oz (89 ml) Sealant Tube - Clear is a one-part, fast skinning (10 minutes) and fast curing (24 hours) marine-grade sealant designed for heavy-duty sealing above and below the waterline. It delivers superior strength, adhesion, elongation and life characteristics to withstand harsh marine conditions.
This versatile sealant cures across a wide temperature range (-20°F to 120°F / -28.9°C to -48.9°C) and can be wet-sanded and painted after curing. Its exceptional flexibility and compression capability lets it twist, bend, expand and compress to maintain a watertight seal on moving or shifting joints.
- Seals ports, bed hardware and stops leaks; ideal for trim tabs and transducers
- Adheres tenaciously without primers to fiberglass, glass, plastic, metal and wood
- Heavy-duty performance above or below the waterline; resistant to teak cleaners, oil, diesel fuel and salt water
- Simple clean up with mineral spirits
- Not recommended for wooden deck seams or areas subject to gasoline
