Sudbury Elastomeric Marine Sealant - 10oz Cartridge - White is a one-part, fast skinning (10 minutes) and fast curing (24 hours) marine-grade sealant engineered for powerful performance in harsh water environments. This multi-purpose sealant combines superior strength, adhesion, elongation, and long-lasting durability to keep joints secure, flexible, and watertight.
Designed to perform in demanding marine conditions, it:
- Adheres without primers to fiberglass, glass, plastic, metal and wood, with easy cleanup using mineral spirits.
- Cures quickly with a fast skin in about 10 minutes and full cure in 24 hours, letting your projects move ahead faster.
- Withstands a wide temperature range from -20°F (-28.9°C) to 120°F (48.9°C), making it ideal for seasonal marine use.
- Offers excellent flexibility and compression capability, twisting, bending and expanding while maintaining a reliable seal.
- Is water and chemical resistant to teak cleaners, oil, diesel fuel and salt water, protecting joints in harsh coastal environments.
- Is versatile for heavy-duty applications above or below the waterline, sealing ports, beds hardware, and stopping leaks.
- Is wet-sandable and paintable after curing, allowing seamless finishes that match boat surfaces.
Usage notes: Not recommended for wooden deck seams or areas subject to gasoline exposure.
