- Internal two diodes in anti-parallel configuration, allowing current in both directions only above a threshold of about 1.4 Vdc.
- Installed directly behind your boat's 120V–230V connection to intercept stray DC currents at the source.
- The forward voltage is higher than the metals’ potential difference, so the galvanic isolator prevents conduction; if a higher AC error voltage appears, the diodes conduct and the residual-current device trips the circuit.
