Powerful, isolated DC-DC conversion designed to deliver clean 12V power from a 48V system with room to grow. The Orion-TR 48/12-30A is a standalone isolated model with separate input and output (-) leads, plus a remote on/off terminal that lets you control the unit with low-current switches or engine/ignition signals — avoiding high-current wiring in the cockpit or cabinet.

Designed for reliability and expandability, you can connect an unlimited number of units in parallel to increase output current as your system grows. The device is high-temperature protected and will derate output at elevated ambient temperatures to keep power available when it matters most.

Key features include IP43 protection when mounted with terminals oriented downward and screw terminals for straightforward installation without special tools. An input fuse is provided on 12V/24V input models for added safety, and the output is adjustable between 10 and 15V (nominal 12.2V). Note: This model is not intended for battery charging; consider the Orion-Tr Smart for advanced charging needs.
