Victron Smart Battery Sense Long Range (Up to 10M)

The Victron Smart Battery Sense Long Range is a Bluetooth Smart VE.Bus interface that brings precise battery temperature and voltage data right to your phone via the VictronConnect app. Designed to work with MultiPlus-II inverter/chargers, it adds an on-battery sensing capability that helps you compensate for cable losses during charging and discharging, and delivers accurate temperature-compensated charging profiles for longer battery life.

• Bluetooth Smart enabled VE.Bus interface that streams live battery temperature and voltage data to VictronConnect.
• On-battery temperature sensing ensures optimal charging by compensating for temperature effects during charge cycles.
• Two sensing options: an on-board sensor mounted directly to the battery case, or an optional battery-terminal sensor for even more precise readings (the terminal sensor overrides the default when connected).
• Wide compatibility with MultiPlus-II systems, and usable with or without a GX device (such as CCGX). If a GX device provides temperature/voltage data, the GX data takes precedence while the dongle still offers live data and firmware updates through VictronConnect.
• Firmware updates are available via VictronConnect, even without an internet connection, keeping your sensing capabilities current.
• Primary data source option in GX-less configurations: when no GX device is present, the dongle’s temperature and voltage data become the primary source for connected devices to use in voltage compensation.
• In the box: VE.Bus Smart Dongle, red battery positive lead with 10 mm eyelet and inline fuse, black battery negative lead with 10 mm eyelet, and a connector block with screw terminals.
